  • Default in installment? 
    You will get a refund of your money paid 50,000 less for administrative charges and 10 % Agency fees where applicable.

  •  How do i make payment? 
    All payments should be made only in favour of Melody Trust investment limited in our designated banks.

  • Is there any time limit to commence work on my land allocation? 
    Allottee's are encouraged to take possession and develop their plot within a year of allocation in order to control weeds, in case transferred to allottee
  • In event of death what happens? 
    The next of kin takes over. 

  • Is there any restriction as to the type of building i can build? 
    yes, you are limited to build residential houses within area designated as residential and commercial houses on area designated as commercial. Architecture design of the estate is strictly followed.

  • What do i get after completion of payment for land? 
    Receipt of payment, letter of allocation (plot number), copy of survey plan, deed of assignment, copy of master layout to individual and copy of general c of o (if available) 

  • Does Melody Estate have a certificate of occupancy? 
    Red copy of the survey is available and C of O in process at the bureau of land & survey Abeokuta, Ogun State.Plan No. OG/2092/2014/52 Beacons used BN 7156-BN7161JH 

  • Can i pay a deposit and pay the balance anytime within the duration of tenure chosen? 
    After payment of initial deposit, you are expected to pay balance before the end of the term chosen, if not, payment will be treated as a fundamental breach of contract.
